Customer Service Role Overview

Teleperformance Greece, in collaboration with Imperial Brands Hellas, is seeking a Polish Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a customer service expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers interested in the brand's new products, blu, PULZE & iD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, social media, and email communications with customers or individuals interested in learning more about the new products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, provide support on technical issues, and offer product information.
  • Offer advice on the products via outbound calls to new and existing customers, aiming to optimize the use of blu, PULZE & iD products.
  • Guide customers through the online store for purchases.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy/regulatory changes.
  • Provide excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish (both verbal and written).
  • Good English language skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.).
  • A positive mindset and pleasant personality.
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning.
  • Accountability when handling sensitive information.
  • Previous working experience in a similar customer service position is considered an advantage.
