Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our Global HRIS team, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business processes, identifying gaps, and transforming these into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices.

This is a permanent contract with 35 hours per week, offering great exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, human resource management, information technology, communications or related area of study, as well as a minimum of three years' experience in HR related systems change management, including training and process documentation.

About the Role

As a Digital Human Resources Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Consulting with our global organization to analyze and understand business processes, identify gaps, and transform these into requirements, recommended solutions, and best practices.
  2. Collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams to analyze, design, develop and enhance the HRIS landscape by providing valuable guidance, and contributions to decision-making focus on time and attendance and scheduling.
  3. Ensuring quality assurance by engaging in User Acceptance Testing, creating test cases, performing rigorous testing of the new HR tools, documenting issues and test results.
  4. Engaging in identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Devise and implement solutions to issues in accordance with system governance.
  5. Supporting the onboarding and rollout of our Total WorkForce Management solution with a key focus on the WorkForce Software technology.
  6. Maintaining up-to-date process documentation to promote consistency, transparency, and best practice.
  7. Conducting one-on-one and other training sessions with new end-users across the global as needed to explain system functionality and leverage to facilitate and support user adoption and system implementation success.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
