Job Summary

We're seeking an accomplished German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Phiture, working remotely from Portugal.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues;
  • Offer accurate, valid and complete information by utilizing appropriate procedures;
  • Take ownership of customer queries and ensure timely resolutions and responses;
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers by answering their questions in a courteous, friendly and professional manner;
  • Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets;
  • Create outstanding customer experiences that people value and we are proud of;
  • Adhere to management direction and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements
  • German proficiency level C2;
  • English language skills at B2 level;

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 based on industry standards for similar roles in Portugal.
