Rydoo, a fintech scale-up in Europe, seeks an ambitious Business Development Representative to bolster our presence in the Benelux market. With a product-first approach, we're revolutionizing expense management software that benefits end-users.

The Role
We're looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our Benelux pod based in Lisbon. This role involves identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and strategic sales approaches for the Benelux market.
Responsibilities
- Generate a sales pipeline through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and other creative approaches to get the attention of key prospects.
- Qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges related to expense management and assess how Rydoo can help.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on market strategy and grow the pipeline and customer base in the assigned region.
- Gather marketing information related to customers, competitors, and pricing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A natural hunting personality with excellent communication skills.
- A people-first approach with experience selling B2B SaaS solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum C1 level), with additional languages being a bonus.
- Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
- A growth mindset with demonstrated quota achievement or a track record of success.
