Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Sales Program Specialist - Process Associate in our Hybrid Lisbon office. As a key member of our Sales team, you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by supporting scalable sales programs across direct clients and agencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
- Ensure exceptional sales and operational customer service for our clients.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic services and programs.
- Develop best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related field.
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and mobile marketing, including digital advertising on self-serve platforms.
- Experience working in sales or account management.
- A proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals, managing KPIs related to revenue, growth rates, and adapting to evolving targets.
- PASSION for social media/entertainment marketing and a willingness to build something from the ground up.
