Job Overview

The Sales Excellence Manager is a strategic role that drives sales performance and effectiveness for the Unilabs Group. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing sales productivity, and maximizing revenue growth.

About You

We are looking for an experienced sales operations professional with a proven track record in sales enablement, process optimization, and data analysis. Your excellent communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and proficiency in CRM systems will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Analyze and assess existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales cycle to accelerate revenue generation

Sales Training and Development

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps within the sales team
  • Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling
  • Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth transition and ramp-up period

Performance Management and Metrics

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and productivity

Sales Technology and Tools

  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to support the sales team
  • Customize and configure CRM to align with the sales process and workflow
  • Create a tight link between market mapping, CRM, and overall sales force excellence to maximize business opportunities and growth

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
