Job Description

The Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring optimal occupancy levels at our hotel. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies to maximize revenue potential based on market trends and company guidelines.
  • Lead revenue-generating departments and their heads/leaders in selecting the most profitable opportunities for the hotel, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare hotel budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
