**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Global Scaled Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers across various segments, delivering personalized experiences through comprehensive discovery and expert recommendations. Your goal will be to ensure our customers derive maximum value from our solutions, are optimized for long-term success, and are delighted with their experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape something new, thrive in a dynamic environment, and make a significant impact from day one.
A Day in the Life:
You'll work collaboratively with our Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and other teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth. You'll leverage data insights to inform your approach, develop deep product knowledge, and provide consultation, demos, and guidance to customers. Your background includes 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized engagements, workshops, and webinars
* Develop and execute customized strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Leverage data insights to inform your approach and optimize customer outcomes
* Provide expert guidance on product capabilities and advanced features to drive customer value
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
