Adecco Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our advertising and social media efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business results.

About the Role
We are offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of specialists focused on creating engaging digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and creativity within the team, ensuring alignment on key objectives and a shared vision for success.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of digital communication trends and best practices to guide the creation of effective content that delivers measurable results.
  • Develop content that encourages brand interaction, drives engagement, and strengthens community relationships.
  • Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in an authentic and timely manner.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to create integrated campaigns that maximize brand impact and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and oversee activities and budgets to ensure the best return on investment.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, while also pushing for innovative and dynamic campaign executions.
  • Oversight of campaign budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective solutions that drive the best possible outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, utilizing data and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in social media and advertising management, including media buying and creative campaign development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a global or large-scale organization.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing advertising and social media teams.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with different audiences, adapting messages as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure key milestones are met.
  • Long-term strategic vision with the ability to align advertising and social media strategies with business goals and pivot based on market trends and audience insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, adjusting priorities and strategies as needed.
  • Proficient in interpreting KPIs, media metrics, and analytics to optimize advertising performance.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with media planning, buying tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Nielsen, etc.), as well as social media management tools (Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, etc.).
