About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Program-Ace. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing long-term contracts with outsourcing and DT business models, and establishing strong partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure new clients for cooperation and manage existing relationships;
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive business growth;
• Collaborate with SDRs and lead generation experts to establish proper ICPs and email sequences;
• Manage successful partnerships and ensure smooth communication with clients;
• Attend international conferences to expand our network and stay up-to-date with industry trends;
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience in outsourcing and DT business models;
• English Upper Intermediate or higher;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
