French Speaking Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Representative fluent in French to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will engage with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to their needs, whether it's for health, life, property, or other essentials. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer engagement, solutions-based selling, and achieving sales targets.
Prior experience in sales is a plus but not required, making this an ideal position for those with strong people skills and a drive to excel in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with French-speaking clients: Reach out to new and returning clients via phone, email, or digital channels, establishing strong connections through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Identify client needs: Listen carefully to clients, evaluate their insurance requirements, and identify suitable insurance products to meet their unique circumstances.
- Explain and recommend insurance products: Provide clear, concise information about available insurance options, benefits, and pricing to guide clients in making informed decisions.
- Drive Sales: Actively convert client inquiries into insurance plan enrollments, consistently aiming to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Maintain accurate client records: Update and manage client information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring a smooth and organized sales process.
- Provide Continued Support: Act as a reliable contact for clients, assisting with follow-up questions, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
- Stay Informed and Trained: Continuously learn about product offerings, industry developments, and sales techniques, participating in training sessions as required.
- Fluency in French: Native-level or near-native proficiency in French is essential, as all client interactions will be conducted in French.
- English proficiency: While beneficial, English is not required for this role since French is the primary language.
- Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Lisbon area due to the hybrid nature of the role, which requires some on-site work. Relocation assistance is not available.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not necessary. We welcome individuals eager to learn and develop in a client-oriented role.
