Join Our Team as a Social Media Manager

We are a fast-growing scale-up in the digital health sector, and we're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to administer our social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for different social media formats, working closely with our medical team.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive community engagement.
  • Track and report on social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategy for further optimizations.
  • Protect and enhance Tonic's brand in all message communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Requirements:
  • BSc or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Significant experience leading a brand's social media platforms and initiatives.
  • Excellent storytelling techniques, copywriting skills, and ability to adapt and optimize content for different social media formats.
  • Basic design skills, visual sensitivity, and familiarity with design software.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
