As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence. This includes high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
  • Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels
  • Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
