**Job Title:** Sales Development Manager for Sleep and Respiratory Care
**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our Sleep and Respiratory Care team in Portugal. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers in the DME and end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Manage CRM and KOL relationships to identify new opportunities and nurture existing ones
- Collaborate with sales management to create yearly sales plans and set targets
- Present and explain local product portfolios to customers and support national promotions
- Report on sales results, market competition, and trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large matrix teams both internally and externally
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
