About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Abroad Experience in Zoetermeer. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex technical queries from clients and facilitate call transfers when necessary
- Provide installation, implementation, and usage assistance, including onboarding services
- Assist Customer Success Agents with live technical queries
- Document irregular system behaviors and feature requests for developers
- Participate in internal training and train new staff members
- Aid in company-wide tasks and projects
- Evaluate customer feedback for proactive enhancements
Requirements:
- Near-native level of Dutch and business fluent English; additional language skills a plus
- HBO level of education; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, customer-centric attitude
- Technical, analytical mindset with strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service/B2B sales and proactive working style
- Eagerness to learn about company products and specifications
