About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Abroad Experience in Zoetermeer. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to complex technical queries from clients and facilitate call transfers when necessary
  • Provide installation, implementation, and usage assistance, including onboarding services
  • Assist Customer Success Agents with live technical queries
  • Document irregular system behaviors and feature requests for developers
  • Participate in internal training and train new staff members
  • Aid in company-wide tasks and projects
  • Evaluate customer feedback for proactive enhancements

Requirements:

  • Near-native level of Dutch and business fluent English; additional language skills a plus
  • HBO level of education; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, customer-centric attitude
  • Technical, analytical mindset with strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service/B2B sales and proactive working style
  • Eagerness to learn about company products and specifications
