Global Media Platform Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented and multilingual Customer Advisor to join our team at Talingual. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of our global media platform via social media.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in French and a good command of English, as well as previous experience working in either social media, customer service, or related fields. A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing environments are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers via social media
- Manage the company's social media visibility and review social media channels
- Respond to customers' queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and a good command of English
- Previous experience working in social media, customer service, or related fields
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing environments
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits:
- Gross annual salary between 16-19K euro
