About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance across various channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Handle incoming calls from customers, offering guidance and support with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide effective solutions tailored to each customer's needs, whether it's a subscription query, billing concern, or technical issue.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or strong C2 level in French is essential.
  • No Experience Needed: We value your communication skills and your drive to learn; no prior experience is required.
  • Legal Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid EU ID or residence card.

Working Conditions

  • Location: This is an on-site position based in our Porto office.
  • Schedule: You'll work on rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 7 pm.
