Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of €36,000-40,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped commission, potentially reaching up to €45-60,000 OTE. In addition to this, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including hybrid work model, catered lunch, private health insurance, 25 days of holiday + public holidays, Well-being days, and paid parental leave.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Dutch Speaking Outbound Sales Agent to join our client's team in Lisbon. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your primary objective will be to qualify potential deals before passing them on to Account Executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
  • Motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
  • Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
