Job Summary


At Bosch, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist - German Speaker to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints related to Europe's largest customer loyalty and frequent flyer program.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Review and respond to written customer requests and complaints
  • Process enquiries related to frequent flyer status and missing mileage credits
  • Conduct research work in various applications and document findings
  • Work independently and customer-oriented, with a professional and friendly demeanor

Requirements



  • Mandatory: German Language (C1 level) and English (at least B1 level, written communication)
  • Optional: Italian / French / Spanish (C1 level)
  • Personality: very good communicative competencies and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Working method: professional and friendly appearance, independent, and customer-oriented
  • Experience and know-how: experience in customer services and interest in the travel industry
