Sales Development Representative Role


At Zendesk, we're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team and contribute to driving business growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and helping them achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Utilize sales tools and technologies to effectively communicate with customers and track progress
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:



  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in English
