Global HRIS Officer

Euronext is looking for a seasoned Global HRIS Officer to join their dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the global HR community on HR system Workday, providing guidance to the global and local HR teams in their day-to-day activities, and solving issues. You will also manage data control in the different HR systems, ensuring data quality, designing and analyzing KPIs and reports, and monitoring data quality and its improvement. Additionally, you will train HR users on HR Information systems, create and deliver training materials, and facilitate sessions. Contribute to HR systems users community facilitation, contribute to HR System projects, participate in integration of new companies in ENX HR processes and systems, collaborate with Euronext stakeholders, and lead the testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global HR community on HR system Workday
  • Provide guidance to the global and local HR teams in their day-to-day activities and solve issues
  • Manage data control in the different HR systems, ensuring data quality, designing and analyzing KPIs and reports, and monitoring data quality and its improvement
  • Train HR users on HR Information systems, create and deliver training materials, and facilitate sessions
  • Contribute to HR systems users community facilitation
  • Contribute to HR System projects
  • Participate in integration of new companies in ENX HR processes and systems
  • Collaborate with Euronext stakeholders
  • Lead the testing process

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience with HR system project and run management, system administration
  • Knowledge or experience of HRIS tools, Workday will be a plus
  • Genuine interest in systems
  • Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven
  • Project management skills
  • Client-service orientated, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, proactivity, initiative, ability to collaborate and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels
  • Excellent command of English and native in one of Euronext local language (French, Portuguese, Dutch, ...)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
