We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Headcount Manager to join our team at Randstad Portugal.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in headcount forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. As a Strategic Headcount Manager, you will be responsible for managing headcount budgets and forecasts in collaboration with HR and Finance teams, ensuring accurate and insightful forecasts, and providing exceptional service to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage headcount budgets and forecasts in collaboration with HR and Finance teams;
  • Forecast employee costs and provide variances rationale to ensure alignment with financial goals;
  • Maintain and manage position data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
  • Provide high-quality services to internal customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
  • Utilize connecting platform software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes;
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on headcount and budget forecasts to stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and insights for accurate forecasting;
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in headcount forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis;
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and position management;
  • Proficiency in Anaplan software is highly desirable;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work;
Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
