Customer Success Strategist for DACH Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our Global Scaled Customer Success organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing team and make a significant impact from day one. You will be responsible for working with customers across multiple segments, delivering 1:1 engagements, facilitating webinar events, and scaled campaigns. Your goal will be to ensure our customers derive value, are optimized for success, and are happily growing with Zendesk for the long term.
About the TeamYou will be part of our dynamic and global team, working closely with Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more. We foster a culture of continuous improvement, testing, and iterating, always seeking innovative ways to work efficiently and deliver the best customer experience possible.
Your Background- You have 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- You have experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions in a thorough, compelling manner
- You are dynamic, agile, and nimble, with a desire to work in a landscape that challenges you and changes shape versus remaining static
