Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing their business affairs, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth execution of special projects.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level, preferably CEO/board level
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to cope with multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken) and proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
You will assist and support our CFO, Executive Director, Sales & Service, and Director of Human Resources by managing their business affairs on a daily basis and performing all administrative/secretarial tasks. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Organising senior management members' agendas to keep their diary up-to-date and maximise their time efficiency
- Providing backup support for other ELT members as required
- Coordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences, assembling appropriate material to ensure their smooth execution
- Liaising with Travel to coordinate all requested travel arrangements
- Organising visits and hosting VIP Guests to ensure a successful visit
What We Offer
