Welcome to our team as a Sales Enablement Trainee. As part of our dynamic and multicultural organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in creating impactful content and enhancing customer interactions.

Job Overview:
In this position, you will assist the sales team in developing content and documentation for B2B commercial proposals. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing sales documents and resources efficiently. Furthermore, you will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to enhance their effectiveness in customer interactions.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in creating content and documentation for B2B commercial proposals;
- Organize and manage sales documents and resources efficiently;
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with essential tools and information to enhance their effectiveness in customer interactions;
- Provide support in implementing sales practices and facilitating team training.

Requirements:
- Higher Education degree in Communications, Management, Marketing or a related field;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2);
- Interest in sales, marketing content and commercial support;
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn and good teamwork;
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, PowerPoint) will be valued.
