As a Beauty Customer Service Representative at Blu Selection, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing consumer requests, providing solutions, and offering advice in a professional and timely manner. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your role will require strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consumer requests and complaints through various channels
- Provide excellent solutions, service, and product advice
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and redirect cases
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong empathy and customer satisfaction focus
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and basic English language skills
- Solid IT skills, including reporting tools
What We Offer:
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Full-time working hours (40h/week), Monday to Sunday, 8 hours/day
- Competitive salary (€950-€1,100 gross/month, including accommodation, or €1,300-€1,400 gross/month, excluding accommodation)
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses and yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country
