Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient employee support and experience on personnel administration, time management, payroll, social security, and benefits activities within the Reward Operations area of the Human Resources function.
Handle internal customer service requests, resolve HR employee issues, and manage Service Now tickets, phone calls, and emails.
Collaborate with the Airbus GBS Reward Operations Team to provide high-quality support and services to employees.

Requirements:
Native Spanish language proficiency, conversational English level, and a degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related Service Line, with technical knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Valuable skills: Service Now, SAP-HCM, and/or Workday, effective communication, empathy, patience, resilience, ability to handle pressure, emotional stability, and self-motivation.
