We are seeking an exceptional International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, supporting our French-speaking customers.

Job Description
  • The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, providing clear and efficient support on a range of topics, including subscriptions, billing, and technical issues.
  • You will identify and solve problems related to these areas, delivering personalized and effective solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native-level French or C2 proficiency is required for this role.
  • Experience: No prior experience is needed; we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Legal Requirements: Must possess a valid EU ID or residence card.
