We invite applications for the role of Business Development Process Associate in our Lisbon office. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to innovative scalable sales programs across a wide range of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption.

This key position involves providing various services to address advertiser needs, identifying opportunities to scale projects and drive ROI across the SMB long tail. Success requires a passion for supporting clients, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue for our clients by supporting scalable sales programs across direct clients and agencies.

- Foster product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.

- Ensure exceptional sales and operational customer service for our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic services and programs.

- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.

- Fluency in Spanish (C1 level or above).

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have experience working in sales or account management roles, with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. Additionally, expertise in social media, mobile apps, and mobile marketing, as well as knowledge of Portuguese (desirable but not essential), will be valuable assets.

Benefits

We offer an attractive salary ranging from €55,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
