The Role
We are seeking an excellent Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Portugal. As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and social media, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner.

Your Responsibilities
You will be fully accountable for resolving customers' issues, particularly ensuring timely delivery of tickets to buyers and payment to sellers.
You will advise customers on guarantees, fulfillment assistance, refunds, payments, purchases, listing tickets, site-related questions, account issues, and venue information.
You will maintain high-performance metrics for yourself and your team.
You will act as a community advocate for our Client's partners, promoting their brand and ensuring excellent representation.

Requirements
Prior experience in customer service across multiple channels is essential.
Prior experience working with demanding customers and British services is required.
A solid understanding of IT and Microsoft Office is necessary.
Excellent oral and written English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory.
You must be prepared to work 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, including late shifts and weekends.

Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience in live events or the ticket marketplace industry would be beneficial.
A strong background in back-office and administration processes, preferably in e-commerce or digital environments, is advantageous.
A proven track record of contributing to efficiency improvements in a contact center environment is highly valued.
An additional language may be an asset.
