Job Title: Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS). The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support to our premium streaming platform subscribers using various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and issues
- Provide professional and timely support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other specialists to solve complex issues and close help tickets
- Document all actions taken and categorize cases for our engineering team to address
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
