International Sales and Marketing Professional in Barcelona

Your role as a Sales and Marketing Consultant will involve promoting and selling our service to customers through outbound calls. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of customers with comprehensive information, consolidating the existing customer base while building a new one, recording call history and customer responses, and ensuring timely follow-up.
To succeed in this position, you should have native proficiency in French and fluency in English, experience with CRM systems, and strong written and oral communication skills. A goal-driven individual with excellent communication and presentation skills is required to work independently yet collaboratively as part of a team.
The successful candidate will also have a strong business acumen, ability to evaluate multiple business models, and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) comes with a permanent contract, attractive sales bonus package (up to €4,050 gross/year), and hybrid working model based in Barcelona. The company offers a comprehensive relocation package, including flight ticket, accommodation support, private health insurance, and intensive 3-week introduction training and specialized sales training.
