About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative in Fashion Retail, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing excellent service and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Your primary responsibility will be to handle phone calls, emails, and other customer interactions with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to the team. You will work closely with other departments to resolve any outstanding issues and ensure that the customer receives the best possible service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times and handle high-pressure situations. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner. You will be working in a multicultural environment and must be able to adapt to different communication styles and cultures. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work overtime as needed.
