About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist who is eager to continue evolving, thrives on challenges, and is ready to take on new opportunities. This is a hybrid work model project based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and testing products and services to meet client needs;
Providing efficient and effective support to customers and partners through in-depth knowledge of products, services, and their integration aspects;
Resolving incidents and responding to requests for clarification associated with the services provided;
Ensuring that support requests are resolved quickly and within agreed SLAs;
Promoting collaboration with clients' technical areas to speed up the resolution of complex issues;
Analyzing, documenting, and improving internal processes and tools;
Requirements:
(1+) years of professional experience in functional analysis or systems development/implementation roles;
Proficiency in English;
Knowledge of payment systems from a technological point of view and of the products and services provided;
Previous experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
