Fraud Prevention Support Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Fraud Prevention Support to join our team at Blu Selection in Lisbon. As a Fraud Prevention Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our payment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate web purchases that fall under the scope of doubtful integrity.
- Verify payment data and identify nefarious activity.
- Record deviating activities, discover trends, and flag emerging issues.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve payment-related queries.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with a good level of English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is an asset.
