We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global brand and contribute to the success of our customer experience solution.

**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This role involves answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Answer incoming queries from customers and maintain contractual SLA
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Native level of Dutch and advanced level of English
  • Familiarity with IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**What We Offer:**

  • Full-time permanent contract
  • 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
  • Office-based job with a central location in Barcelona
  • Salary €18,400 gross per year + up to €2,500 gross per year in bonus
