The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring new employees.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, AI, and automation to source and attract candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Disseminate recruitment practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with ATS, Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
