Job Description: As an Accounting Technician at TEKEVER, you will be responsible for preparing accounting records for supplier invoices (accounts payable) and monthly expenses. You will have strong knowledge of IVA regulations regarding the handling of invoices from domestic, intra-community, and third-country suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounting records for supplier invoices (accounts payable) and monthly expenses.
- Support in the preparation of information for accounting and/or management control.
- Ensure the application of internal control and approval standards through an internal workflow authorisation process.
- Perform the financial close in accordance with the deadlines set by the board, as well as the applicable legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Degree in Accounting, Management or similar, with minimum 2 years of professional experience in similar roles. You should have analytical skills and attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and organizational skills, good knowledge of taxation, and experience with Microsoft BC (will be valued). Teamwork, good communication, and agility are also essential.
Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
