Job Description

This is an opportunity for a Sales Growth Specialist to join our talented team and help us shape the future of healthcare.

The role will involve:

  • Planning and managing the entire sales cycle from lead to sale
  • Maintaining accurate activity and follow-ups to ensure successful follow-through
  • Working with the sales team to improve strategy and procedures
  • Communicating and delivering presentations to clients and team

This requires a fast-paced environment and periodic reporting to the sales director and C-level on results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BSc or MSc in business administration or similar
  • 2+ years of experience working in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS seed stage/series A company
  • A proactive attitude and business-focused mindset
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
  • Strong customer presence and presentation skills
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive compensation package estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
