Sustainability Project Lead Responsibilities:

  • Implement corporate sustainability projects aligned with company strategic objectives;
  • ID opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce natural resource consumption, and minimize environmental impacts;
  • Ccoordinate cross-functional teams to implement sustainable initiatives across SC site areas;
  • Evaluate feasibility analyses and clean technologies related to sustainability implementation;
  • Monitor and measure environmental performance, setting targets and KPIs;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards;
  • Communicate sustainability efforts internally and engage employees for active participation;
  • Stay current on trends, best practices, and technological advances in sustainability and environment;
  • ID Circular Economy Opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related areas;
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience developing sustainability projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Proven experience in project leadership and cross-functional team coordination;
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulations and standards;
  • Critical analysis skills and abilities to evaluate and implement sustainable solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders;
  • Fluent English Proficiency (mandatory).

Salary range is approximately $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
