The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical support to our clients.

The Role

  • Provide general and technical support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
  • Manage policies, safety, and copyright guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot various problems, including issues with playing videos, uploading, account and bugs issues, and membership issues.
  • Support customers with account and settings, including resolving content ID and rights management issues.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluent English skills (B2).
  • At least 12 months of Customer Support experience in a contact center environment.
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a service-oriented approach.
