About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned consulting professional with expertise in customer success and service management to join our team. As an Enterprise Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, delivering customized solutions, and driving customer adoption and retention.
Responsibilities- Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-15 high-value customers, ensuring ongoing value delivery and minimizing churn.
- Service Optimization: Collaborate with customers to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to optimize their use of Zendesk products.
- Consulting Services: Provide expert consultation on best practices for customer service, sales, and marketing, helping customers to achieve their business objectives.
- Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all levels.
- Fluency in German (both verbal and written), with advanced language proficiency required.
- Strong project management and relationship management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Enthusiasm for technology and demonstrated technical aptitude, with experience working with CRM software preferred.

- Estimated annual salary: €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
