We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Associate to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately €28,000 - €35,000 per year.

As an Executive Support Associate at Artec Group, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees and management. Your tasks will include welcoming visitors, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, answering phone calls, and dispatching administrative documents.

You will also be responsible for daily mail pick-up, sorting, and distribution, physical and electronic filing of documents, and ordering office supplies. Additionally, you will prepare documents and materials for regular interaction with utility companies and service providers, as well as advise on administrative procedures.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Manager to perform other tasks assigned by them or the company's management. You will also arrange optimal itineraries and purchase air and railway tickets for employees, as well as provide visa and legislation support for all Artec employees and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative role, completed secondary education, and fluency in Portuguese and English (written and speaking skills). Knowledge of Russian is a plus. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
