Coloplast is a leading medical device company that develops and markets products and services to make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Manager to join our team in Felgueiras, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the IT/OT areas in FEL Site and manage the FEL IT/OT infrastructure
Manage existing communication platforms and ensure central UPS system can sustain IT/OT operation
Keep backup of critical systems and ensure they are stored securely and accessible
Manage wired and wireless network infrastructure and ensure speed needs are fulfilled
Manage printers and scanning devices, maintenance, consumables, and spare parts
Support quality measurement systems/devices and local IT/OT Quality System
Manage user administration and rights, ERP systems, and other user applications
Manage IT/OT systems, project portfolio, and suppliers of IT/OT technologies
Create reports, instructions, and relevant documentation
Forecast IT/OT related costs and follow up on spends and creating accruals
Develop and manage technical and financial content of service provider contracts for IT/OT
Develop and manage GDPR regulations related to IT
Comply with regulations for production in a clean room
Track OT/IT maintenance tasks and deal with IT/OT related suppliers and subcontractors
Create training plans and provide training for professionals and users
Represent FEL Site in global IT/OT forums
Maintain Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001
Requirements:
BSc. in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / IT Engineering / Software Development
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT related field
Experience with IT Projects implementation
Experience with Manufacturing IT Protocols
Standardization of network cabling knowledge
English level, minimum B2
Availability to work on different shifts and extra hours to meet manufacturing needs
SQL knowledge
CCNA – Certified Cisco Network Associate
