About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to users through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot user issues and offer solutions
  • Educate users on platform features and help them get the most out of their websites
  • Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of German language proficiency (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
  • Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
