Indie Campers Global Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Global Sales Director to lead our RV Sales business unit and drive sales growth globally. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable sales strategy, leading online lead generation efforts, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global B2C commercial function, including sales principles, processes, and best practices.
- Lead online lead generation efforts on our website and third-party platforms to drive B2C sales growth.
- Manage and coach a team of remote and local sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities and drive digital sales.
- Support the development of strong dealership networks for B2B sales, while maintaining focus on B2C.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, team management, and e-commerce. You should have at least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years managing teams, and a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and humble mindset. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
