The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from bank clients. Your daily tasks will include resolving issues related to ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming calls and emails from bank clients.
- Resolve issues regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, and transactions.
- Utilize tools, processes, and methods from initial training to solve issues effectively.
- You must speak French at a native level and have fluency in English (B2).
- Experience in customer care is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You should possess good computer handling skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach are essential.
