">We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple segments and driving business growth.
">About the Role
">This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse book of customers across multiple industries, making a significant impact from day one. You will be responsible for working nimbly across different sizes and segments of customers, delivering 1:1 engagements through comprehensive Discovery and expert Recommendations, facilitating 1:Many webinar events, and scaled campaigns.
">Your Responsibilities
">- Work across a large cohort of different types of customers, helping them optimize their CX Messaging and deliver recommendations to larger Enterprise organizations.
">- Collaborate cross-functionally with Zendesk Advocacy/Support, Sales, Renewals, Professional Services, and more.
">- Leverage data and insights to shape your approach, inform your discovery, and bolster your recommendations.
">- Help forecast and mitigate risk, ensuring growth and drive customer satisfaction.
">- Develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and have the ability to demo them to customers who are early in their adoption journey and customers who have a long tenure with Zendesk.
">Your Background
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- 3+ years experience working in Customer Success or Account Management.
">- Experience identifying business objectives and mapping solutions, in a thorough, compelling but crisp manner.
">- Dynamic, agile, and nimble mindset, with a desire to work in a fast-growing environment.
">- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both beginner-level users and developers.
">- Experience with tools like SFDC, Gainsight, Tableau, and Zendesk.
">Requirements
">- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and French.
">- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
