We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and have excellent communication skills.

Your key responsibilities as a Customer Specialist will include:

• Supporting B2B customers via email, chat, and phone
• Brainstorming with colleagues to improve the customer experience
• Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
• Handling payment inquiries through client platforms
• Flagging and escalating customer queries and providing suitable solutions
• Mapping and improving business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction

In this role, you will be required to have:

• Proficiency in the Dutch language at a native speaking level and a C1 level in English
• A minimum MBO4 diploma, preferably in IT/finance/economy
• Competency in using computers
• Proactivity and a solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in working in an ambitious team
