Senior Business Development Manager for Sell Product Integration

We are seeking a skilled Director to lead the integration of our Sell Business Unit with GTM and ProdDev operations, driving performance targets and collaboration across organizations.
About the Role- Act as DRI for Sell business, ensuring seamless integration and coordination with daily interactions.
- Develop strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of partnership, resolving operational challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and evaluate Sell business performance, ensuring adherence to service level metrics and reporting financial aspects of partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business strategies and excellent data analysis skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, experience working with engineering and product management teams, and effective communication and writing skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize competing priorities, and apply structured approaches to projects.
This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work arrangement. Our benefits package includes a competitive salary ($128,000 - $160,000 per year), flexible remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
